Live your fullest, most authentic life.
I believe that a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation for successful therapy. The development of self-reflection, mindfulness, forgiveness, and intentionality are important aspects of my approach. With a focus on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where you will feel safe to explore, I will gently challenge you to see new perspectives and solutions. My style is direct, relational, and empowering. In my free time, I am passionate about engaging with my community, exploring in nature, the arts, live music, and connecting over great food.
Although I treat a wide range of clinical concerns, my areas of specialty include trauma recovery, mood and anxiety concerns, life and role transitions, improving relationships, and increasing work/life harmony. I particularly enjoy working with high achieving professionals looking to excel interpersonally and in their careers, and have a detailed understanding of the needs and challenges facing those working at startups and within the technology industry.
